Welcome to the Trails Edge Condominiums Website

This website is intended for use by both visitors and residents of the Trails Edge Condominium Association (TECA) located in Peoria, Illinois.


Visitors can access the (VISITORS) page on the right side of this screen for information regarding TECA's Rules and Regulations, as well as an explanation of monthly fees and expenses. All other pages are for TECA residents only.

Residents of TECA, please log-in to proceed. Use the log-in link at the top-right section of this website.  After logging in, you may open any one of the pages listed down the right portion of this screen.


New Residents
Residents must have a valid email address, and must activate their member account through that email address.

To register for the first time, simply click on the "Register" link at the top-right section of this website and enter the required information.

Residents registering for the first time must be approved by one of TECA's website administrators before your account becomes active. As such, there will be a short time-lag between registering and the site becoming available for your use.

After initial registration, simply enter your username and password.


Can't Remember Password?
If you forget your username or password, click on the link on the log-in screen and the system will automatically email them to you.


Close Your Account
Finally, if for any reason, you choose not be a website member (go to your Account Settings, above top right), or if you move away from TECA, your website account will be closed.
